Shipping & Return Policy

  • Orders may take up to 2-3 days for processing. If urgent, please email for status updates.
  • Customers have 30 days after original purchase date to request a return for a refund by filling out the form below.  Only original purchaser can request a return.
  • All international customers are responsible for their country's customs and duties import taxes.
  • If the return request is approved, the customer will be provided with an RMA number that they will need to include in their return package. 20% re-stocking fee will apply.  Original shipping will not be refunded.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • BUNDLED PRODUCTS: if a single item bought in a discount bundle is being returned, the monetary return will equal that of the single item in the original order placed, not the full retail price of the single item. 
  • The items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and with original contents.  If anything is missing or damaged Hatch Outdoors will deny the return and contact the customer to get a return collect account or credit card to charge shipping.
  • Hatch Outdoors will not offer an Exchange option going forward.  If the customer wishes to exchange their item, they must go through the RMA process and place a new order for the correct product. Once the return product is received we will credit or refund the customer for the original order. Submit form below for return requests.
  • Hatch Outdoors will no longer accept packages that do not have an RMA# written on shipping box or label. Packages without an RMA# will be returned to sender.  
  • Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure address for delivery of your order.
