BOOK A TRIP!

Jonathan Heames has had the good fortune to be in the Island Park and West Yellowstone area since he was 13 years old and has been guiding fly fishing since 1995. He works on the waters of southwestern Montana, Yellowstone National Park, the Henry’s Fork of the Snake in Idaho, and spends his winters guiding for trout in the Patagonia region of Chile. He has also worked in Argentina and has fished there extensively. He has dedicated his life to being in the outdoors and pursuing his passion for angling, which has taken him all over the world chasing all the usual (and some unusual) fishy suspects in both fresh and saltwater. He is a Simms Ambassador, Hatch Outdoors Pro Staffer, and works with Freestone Rods with development in the field. Guiding has allowed him to share his love for angling with people from all directions as well as to somewhat satisfy his lifelong fishing affliction without being a complete trout bum. He shares his West Yellowstone home with his wife, Sarah, and their two boys.
