Hunter Heumann

Born and raised in New Orleans Louisiana, fishing has been a huge part of Hunter’s life since he was a small child. After college at the University of Mississippi and some time in the Navy Seabees, Hunter managed Uptown Angler, the local fly shop in New Orleans and chased monster redfish on fly in the Mississippi River Delta. Hunter has guided in the Greater Yellowstone ecosystem for over 10 years and currently guides for World Cast Anglers in Victor, ID. He resides in Driggs, ID with his wife, Maggie, daughters Cricket and Pen and dogs Missy, Bug, Bee, and Diffie. When not in his driftboat, you can find Hunter chasing upland birds with Bee and Diffie.
