A lifelong passion for the outdoors was kindled on the shores of Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota. From the allure of fishing and bird hunting instilled by my late father to casting lines and exploring nature's beauty, my journey led me to Missoula, Montana. There, my passion blossomed into an all-consuming pursuit.

Guiding anglers across the western landscapes, particularly the gin clear waters of the Green River in Utah, has been a defining experience. I've lent my expertise to outdoor retailers, assisting fellow anglers in gearing up for their global adventures. In the off-season, I've delved into the inner workings of the fly fishing industry with various manufacturers.

While my heart belongs to the wild, my path brought me to Savannah, Georgia, my UGA wife’s home state. Go Dawgs! Embracing the coastal haven, which was always my end goal, I've found fulfillment in year-round saltwater fishing, especially the scenic floodtide fishing in the low country. Whether I'm maneuvering my Beavertail poling skiff or at Rivers And Glen, a premier outfitter in downtown Savannah, my days are immersed in the world of outdoor pursuits. Rivers and Glen boasts an extensive collection of saltwater, freshwater, trout, and gear for global exploration, alongside an impressive array of the finest shotguns.

When I'm not navigating the waters or exploring the shop, you'll find me in the quail woods, working alongside my dogs.
